Joanne is an Associate and Project Manager with experience in a wide range of project types, including mixed-use multifamily, hospitality, and commercial buildings. She has of 20 years of experience in the design and technical challenges of residential and commercial projects including low-rise wood construction, high-rise concrete construction, and affordable housing. Joanne is very familiar working with local jurisdiction in the DC Metropolitan area and is well versed in FHA, ANSI, UFAS, Universal Design, LEED, Earthcraft, and VHDA. She enjoys working with the design team to create exceptional building experiences and promote sustainable environments.
